Coffee, Prevent Stroke For Women

As quoted from the Times of India, a study by scientists from Sweden revealed that women who drank one to five cups of coffee to avoid the attack of stroke by 22-25 percent, compared with women who did not consume coffee.
The study involved 34,670 Swedish women respondents aged 49 to 83 years. The respondents checked their health records for 10 years to obtain information about the number of women who later suffered a stroke. As a result, found the fact that there are as many as 1680 cases of stroke in women who drank no coffee at all or drank less than one cup of coffee.

"Although the health effects of coffee is small, but it have large consequences for public health," said Susanna Larsson head of research at the National Institute of Environmental Medicine at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

According to the research that has been reported Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association, which includes copies of the most widely consumed beverage in the world community. The content of insulin in it which causes the coffee may reduce the risk of stroke.
